Sony A7R V Teaser – Finally we have the Sony A7R V teaser. The official announcement is expected on October 26, 2022.
First, we will see the 8k video recording capability in the A7R series camera. And not only that the camera also features a newly developed mechanical Image stabilization unit that compensates for camera shakes up to 8 Stops.
If the rumors are true, this is going to be the second Sony video (the other one is $6499 Sony Alpha A1) to have 8K video. The excellent 61MP sensor that is also used on Mark IV seems to be reserved, hopefully with some improvements. Other rumors claim that Sony has implemented its most advanced AF system with deep learning capability which may be the most exciting news for me.
